Imagine with me: It’s Christmas Eve, and the excitement fills the air! On this night, the bedtime routine (made 10x harder because of that air-filled excitement!) isn’t finished without one final yuletide tradition- setting out Cookies for Santa!
Santa will be even more pleased with his treats when they are sitting atop this cute quilted placemat, made specifically for his special snack.
This free quilt pattern is good even for beginners, and a project this small is sure to be quick. Wrap it up with a cute plate and mug, and give it as a neighbor gift! Even though Christmas is still a month away, we are all TOO aware of how fast these weeks go by. Now is the time to be working on gifts!
The wreath is a good placeholder for a salad size plate- I bought a simple red one and personalized it with a paint pen. So simple and SO cute!
Better hope St. Nick comes quick- or he might find all his cookies are gone! 😉

Very nice! More lifelike than some of the old ones we are used to seeing. We can have lots of fun with this as a table runner, tree skirt, Nice open space in the center for maybe a…..picture? ornament? Thanks!
Quite lovely, would be darling as a miniature wall hanging.
