Introducing… Mayberry! This pattern is FREE for you, and I know you’ll love it! When deciding a name for this quilt, I tried to think of simple, easy, relaxed… and of course, dear old Andy Griffith came to mind. Is there anything more simple than life in Mayberry?
This easy quilt is made even easier with the use of pre-cut 5″ squares. I love using pre-cuts because you get to use all the fabrics in one line, and get a decent quilt out of it too! I used a few charm packs from Bonnie and Camille for Moda- I substituted a few of the low volume prints for some of their older lines I had in my little fabric stash so there’d be a good contrast of prints.
This pattern is exactly like my other patterns- fully illustrated and with detailed instructions so you can feel confident putting it together.
This quilt is a great size at 53″ x 71″, it can grow with those little kids to fit on toddler beds, and then makes a great lap quilt after that!
