I’ve had this Prairie Picnic pattern on paper for what seems like forever, and when Fox Farm by Melissa Mortensen for Riley Blake Designs came out I knew those tiny florals needed to be in my quilt. Then, since it had a bit of a Little House on the Prairie vibe already going, I threw in the Riley Blake tiny gingham for good measure. And it’s everything I hoped it would be!
It seems like gingham is popping up all over these days, and I felt compelled to get in on that fun, carefree style. I also love plaids, so I wanted this quilt to feel like a little of both!
The pattern has two sizes, throw and twin. It is a quick sew, simple instructions, and has the potential for lots of fun fabric combinations.
The throw size has been perfect for us to use while relaxing on the couch, thrown out for a picnic lunch, and even some stargazing. To say it’s been loved around here is an understatement!
The pattern is in the shop . If you’re looking for a quick sew before summer comes, this is the perfect pattern!
Happy quilting!
Looking for prairie picnic quilt pattern
I am looking for the prairie picnic quilt pattern. Each time I click on the link it gives me an error code and says that it may have been moved or not available. Can you help?
Where can we get this pattern? It is not showing up in your shop.
The link will be updated soon- I am moving internationally so my wholesale manager is taking over all sales. When everything is transferred, you’ll be able to get it from her shop!
Hi Angel- we are currently working on an international move so we are moving patterns to my wholesale manager’s shop! When everything gets finalized (by the end of January) we will have updated links for you in the post.
