The final block for my Saturday in Paris quilt!
Bouquet of Roses is my favorite filler block, but it does require some extra finesse when sewing it all together, as it does include partial seams. The main floral print in this fabric line has some beautiful rose bunches, so this block is my homage to that print:
Christopher designed such lovely bunches of flowers and now I have a block to match!
This block also appears the least amount within the quilt, but that’s okay- I’m sure I’ll use the block again in another quilt, it’s just so fun.

And finally, a mockup of what the final panel sampler quilt can look like (block arrangement changed a bit once all my blocks were sewn, but the same number of blocks are represented as in the cutting instructions):
The quilt truly is a sampler on how to use the panel pieces and finishes at 64″ x 80″. I’m on pins and needles to share my final, finished quilt with you! It is lots of fun. Looking at it every day is (understandably) making me antsy to actually get to Paris, though! I really want to share pictures of this quilt visiting some iconic Parisian spots. We are so close now!
